High School Seniors

If you are a high school senior, you may be applying to colleges soon. Here are some things you should be thinking about:

Applying to Thomas More University?

As a dual-credit student, you will be automatically admitted to Thomas More for undergraduate, bachelors’ degree-seeking (aka Freshman) admission. You do not need to submit an undergraduate application or pay an application fee! Seniors will receive communication from the Thomas More Office of Admissions with next steps and deadlines.

All dual-credit students automatically receive the Gemini Scholarship–$200 per dual-credit course taken at Thomas More up to $1000!

  • Submit your most up-to-date transcript to Thomas More to be considered for merit scholarships.
  • Make sure Thomas More is on your FAFSA. The Thomas More school code is 002001. Do this as early as possible!
  • Apply for additional scholarships.

If you’ve taken dual credit from any other colleges or universities, please have official transcripts sent electronically to [email protected] or via mail to

Office of the Registrar

Complete the Next Steps Checklist to confirm your enrollment and prepare for the semester!

Applying Elsewhere?

If you’re applying to schools other than Thomas More, we hope you’ll keep us in consideration. As a senior, all qualifying dual-credit students will be directly admitted (no application or application fee) to Thomas More. This allows you to get an idea of the scholarships for which you may be eligible. In the meantime, if you’re applying to another school, you’ll need to request your Thomas More transcript be sent to any other schools you are applying to after you have completed your dual-credit courses. The receiving institution will determine what and how courses will transfer.
