The Institute of Career Development and Graduate School Planning is open to working with any corporation or agency to provide employment and experiential learning opportunities for Thomas More students.
Thomas More College awards the following degrees- Master of Arts in Teaching, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts/Sciences, Bachelor of Elected Studies, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate in Arts, and Associate in Elected Studies.
In addition, the College awards certificates for successful completion of Certificate Programs.
We are proud of our students and graduates. They make excellent employees because of their academically challenging education, strong work ethic and value system. Your participation in our programs is greatly appreciated.

Recruiting for Part-Time Work
Many students appreciate working part-time work while attending school. Employers are welcome to host a recruiting table during the lunch hour outside Seiler Commons at no cost. It is an excellent opportunity to connect with students.

We welcome you to post all career and experiential learning (internships, co-ops, etc) in the College Central Network online platform. In addition, you can view student resumes.
