Thomas More College awards the following degrees- Master of Arts in Teaching, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts/Sciences, Bachelor of Elected Studies, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate in Arts, and Associate in Elected Studies.
In addition, the College awards certificates for successful completion of Certificate Programs.

In addition to on-campus recruiting, the Institute of Career Planning and Graduate School Planning holds an annual Career and Internship Fair. This year, the event will be held February 1st, 2017 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Connor Convocation Center.
