Jeff Hill was named the head men's and women's track and field coach at Thomas More College on May 28, 2010.

Hill came to Thomas More from across-the River rival, the College of Mount St. Joseph where he was an assistant coach for the past five seasons. In 2008 he served as the interim head coach for the Lions. During his tenure at MSJ he oversaw the team’s sprints, hurdles, jumps and relay events. Hill also served as an assistant football coach at Mount St. Joseph from 2000-2003 and from 2006-2008.

A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Hill was an All-State football and track and field athlete at Mt. Healthy High School. He then earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, where he played football for the Boilermakers before moving to the NFL where he played for the Cincinnati Bengals.
