Saints Fall, 9-0, to Hanover

(HANOVER, Ind.) - The Thomas More College women's tennis team fell, 9-0, to Hanover College in a non-conference match today (Friday, September 4, 2009) at Varsity Courts in Hanover, Indiana.

With the win the Panthers improve to 1-0 on the season and with the loss the Saints fall to 0-3.

In doubles action, the team of sophomore Lauren Race (Cortland Manor, N.Y./John F. Kennedy Catholic) and junior Lindsey Burns (Cincinnati, Ohio/Seton) had a competitive first doubles match before falling, 8-5.

The Saints return to action on September 19 when they play at Berea College at 9 a.m.
