Dr. Bill Porter received his doctorate in Experimental Psychology from Texas Christian University in 1973, where his doctoral research was on the measurement of hypnotic depth. He is a Professor of Psychology, has been at TMC since 1972, and is currently a part-time faculty member. His areas of interest are states of consciousness and hypnosis.
