Ashley HibbertI came to the MAT Program at Thomas More to have the opportunity to be a teacher. The Program taught me how to be more than just a teacher. I learned what an excellent teacher is, and how to become one. Upon being granted a job at Covington Holmes High School, an urban school in Northern Kentucky, I found myself relying on nearly all of the principles and techniques I learned at Thomas More to propel me through the first few weeks as a teacher.

Having high expectations, effective classroom management, as well as excellent character and ethics truly made my first year as a teacher a positive experience and will carry me through to the end of the school calendar! I fully believe that I was able to achieve high remarks on my Principal evaluations because of my education from Thomas More College. I would recommend the Thomas More MAT Program to absolutely anyone who may have passion to teach today's youth. The excitement of the educators at TMC is contagious, and will focus your passion in the right direction, equipping you with the proper tools to succeed in the Program and in your career.

Go Saints!
