Financial Aid for Military Families

Yellow Ribbon Program

  • Thomas More College is demonstrating our continuing commitment to America’s veterans through our participation in the Yellow Ribbon Program of the Post 9/11 Veteran’s Educational Act of 2008. The Yellow Ribbon program is part of the Post-9/11 G.I. Bill legislation. In general, the maximum tuition and fees benefit available under the bill is capped at the level of the in-state undergraduate charges at the most expensive public university in that state. The “Yellow Ribbon G.I. Education Enhancement Program” covers the situations where an institution’s tuition and fees exceed the maximum public in-state amount. Thomas More’s contribution toward the difference in expense allows most Yellow Ribbon- eligible veterans to attend Thomas More College at no cost.
  • "The liberal arts education I obtained at Thomas More College developed me into a disciplined thinker and ethical leader, which has been invaluable to me when facing critical decisions while serving on active duty." -Thomas J. Beck '04
